About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Junior Content Creator & Recruitment Executive to produce engaging short‑form videos for social media and support our hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, and post short videos on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
- Appear on camera for reels and promotional content.
- Generate content ideas and write simple captions and scripts.
- Assist in documentation, reporting and other administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment activities such as posting vacancies, screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) – freshers are welcome.
- Friendly and confident on camera.
- Good communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Creative, eager to learn and a strong team player.
Required skills
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut and InShot.
