Marketing Officer – BTL

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Marketing Officer specialized in below‑the‑line (BTL) activities to create impactful on‑ground campaigns and bring brands to life in Kathmandu. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and evaluate brand activations that drive visibility and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies and activation plans.
• Organise roadshows, exhibitions, and brand activation events.
• Create marketing content and promotional materials.
• Support product launches from planning through execution.
• Increase brand visibility through events and activations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain marketing databases and assist with CRM initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Track campaign performance and report ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activation, or event management.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid two‑wheeler licence and personal vehicle.
