Medical Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and target‑oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical and medical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals. The role focuses on generating demand, building strong professional relationships and expanding market presence within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals regularly to present product benefits, usage and key features.
• Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets as defined by performance expectations.
• Follow up with customers to encourage product adoption, repeat business and gather feedback.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and product availability in the local area.
• Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities and territory performance using CRM tools or designated systems.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, industry codes (e.g., ABPI/Pharma Code) and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Officer or similar role is an advantage.
• Experience engaging doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, distributors or healthcare institutions is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in Pharmacy or Life Sciences, excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
