Biologist – AI Training Project (Future Opportunities)

About the role

We’re seeking biologists to join our AI training project. You will review AI‑generated responses, evaluate reasoning quality and step‑by‑step problem‑solving, and provide expert feedback that helps models produce accurate, logical, and clearly explained answers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and model responses that cover a wide range of biological topics.
• Optimize AI performance by evaluating, ranking, and comparing AI responses to improve accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure model integrity by testing for potential inaccuracies or biases and validating reliability across diverse use cases.

Required profile

• Hold an MS or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or a closely related life‑science field from a top‑100 university.
• Strong knowledge of human and animal biology, molecular pathways, physiology, disease fundamentals, and experimental reasoning.
• Experience developing or critically reviewing complex biology content such as problem banks, textbook sections, or research notes.
• Expert at fact‑checking information using public sources across multiple domains.
• Published work in a peer‑reviewed journal.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to translate advanced theory into clear, real‑world explanations.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
