About the role

Midas Health Service Pvt. Ltd. is offering a paid internship for a motivated individual to gain practical experience in Delphi software development within the healthcare sector. The role provides hands‑on exposure to real‑world projects and close collaboration with experienced developers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist developers in developing, modifying, and maintaining Delphi applications.
• Support coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of application issues.
• Learn and work with existing codebases and development practices.
• Help identify and resolve basic technical problems under senior guidance.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features and bug fixes.
• Support basic database tasks and data handling as required.
• Maintain documentation of development tasks and changes.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good logical, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to take feedback.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Delphi / Object Pascal programming.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (variables, loops, functions, OOP).
• SQL and basic database handling.
• Debugging and software testing.
