Patient Management or Relationship Officer

About the role

The Patient Management or Relationship Officer will act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring clear communication, timely coordination of appointments and procedures, and a positive overall experience. This role is based within Kalash Services’ healthcare support team, providing high‑quality administrative and liaison services to patients, clinicians and billing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, investigations, procedures and follow‑ups, acting as the primary liaison between patients and medical staff.
• Monitor treatment schedules, track required tests, reports, medications and ensure patients understand next steps as directed by the clinical team.
• Maintain regular, professional communication with patients via phone, email or messaging platforms, addressing routine queries and escalating clinical concerns appropriately.
• Collect and manage all required documentation, including consent forms, reports and administrative records, while preserving strict confidentiality.
• Work closely with the billing and accounts team to provide patients with accurate information on treatment packages, charges, payment procedures and insurance documentation.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups after appointments, investigations or procedures, keeping follow‑up schedules up‑to‑date and tracking pending matters.
