Staff Nurse – Full‑time Clinical Position

About the role

Abasar Nepal Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its on‑site healthcare team in Kathmandu. This full‑time position involves delivering direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for assigned patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self‑care.
• Maintain infection‑control practices and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Participate in quality‑improvement activities and adhere to regulatory and organizational policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration/license as required by Nepalese authorities.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, manage multiple patients, and remain calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings is preferred, especially in urban environments.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
