Telehealth Nurse – Night Shift for US Patients (On-site Nepal)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Nepal office and provide virtual nursing support to elderly and chronically‑ill patients in the United States. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours, requiring on‑site presence in Kumaripati.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs (BP, pulse, glucose, oxygen, etc.) through remote monitoring systems.
• Deliver daily medication, exercise, hydration and appointment reminders via phone or video calls.
• Operate multiple telehealth dashboards, EMR platforms and patient‑monitoring tools simultaneously.
• Document and update patient information accurately in the EMR/telehealth system.
• Identify abnormal readings and promptly escalate to the supervising nurse or overseas medical team.
• Collaborate with the international telehealth team to ensure continuity of care while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license recognized in Nepal (RN or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of experience in hospital, home‑care, or elderly patient management.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kumaripati and adjust to US time zones.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using telehealth software and patient‑monitoring devices.
• Adept at managing multiple digital platforms, tabs and windows without loss of accuracy.
