Performance & Insights Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, technology‑driven Performance & Insights Lead to support and enhance our growing financial, lending and investment advisory business. The role combines strong technical capability with a practical business mindset, turning technology into meaningful operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business performance, processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of initiatives across divisions.
• Support delivery of improvement initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, workflow optimisation and the implementation of automation and responsible AI tools.
• Provide support for core business systems such as CRMs, advice processing platforms, document management and compliance tools, including configuration, user access, troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Identify, implement and maintain AI‑powered and automated solutions, training staff and monitoring usage to ensure alignment with privacy and compliance requirements.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and insights to improve operational visibility, track adoption of changes and assist leadership in decision‑making.
• Ensure technology solutions comply with regulatory obligations, promote data security best practices and support compliance‑focused system controls.
