Program Coordinator – Training Programs

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and support our training programs. The role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to travel for training assignments to ensure smooth delivery of activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs.
• Communicate with trainers, participants, and client organizations.
• Arrange training venues, materials, and logistics.
• Support the smooth execution of training sessions.
• Maintain training records and prepare basic reports.
• Travel within and outside the Kathmandu Valley as required.
• Perform other training coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license with access to a two‑wheeler (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel outside the Kathmandu Valley.
• Prior experience in training coordination or administration is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
