Public Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Manager to lead and coordinate our public relations and strategic communication initiatives. The role will shape the organization’s messaging, manage media relationships, and ensure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute public relations campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Implement strategic communication plans and maintain consistent organizational and client messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and partners.
• Oversee the preparation, approval, and distribution of press releases and news articles.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver PR campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor media coverage using PR tools and media‑monitoring platforms, evaluate performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and media partners to ensure clear and consistent communication.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in public relations, media relations, and strategic communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities with a focus on stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with Nepal’s media landscape or similar markets is advantageous.
• Ability to produce accurate, professional communication materials.

Required skills

• Experience with PR tools and media monitoring platforms.
