Regional Financing Head

About the role

As the Regional Head of 4‑Wheeler Financing for the West region, you will lead all financing operations, drive business growth and ensure compliance across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end 4‑wheeler financing activities and execute regional business strategies to meet sales, revenue and portfolio growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Develop dealer relationships, manage lead conversion (including online leads) and oversee customer acquisition initiatives.
• Coach, mentor and manage Regional Officers and Loan Officers to achieve individual and regional performance goals.
• Oversee recovery operations, ensure collection targets are met and monitor portfolio quality.
• Ensure robust credit assessment, documentation and approval processes in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse regional performance, prepare regular reports for senior management and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.
• Promote a customer‑centric culture and drive continuous improvement of financing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in the financial services sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales, business development and portfolio management.
• Prior experience in 4‑wheeler or automotive financing is highly preferred.
