Regional Sales Executive – Eastern, Central & Western Nepal

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive sales and business development for Hulas Infra across the Eastern, Central and Western regions of Nepal. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on prospecting new clients, managing existing relationships and delivering pre‑engineered building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Cover the assigned territory and ensure effective market presence.
• Identify, prospect and develop new client opportunities in the construction sector.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, site visits and present tailored building solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Collect customer orders and coordinate hand‑over to Engineering, Project and Finance teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor sales pipeline, regional performance and progress against targets.
• Gather competitive intelligence on market trends, pricing and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site availability.
• Strong ability to work closely with Engineering, Project and Finance departments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
