Restaurant Manager

About the role

Brandhouse Nepal is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of its in‑house restaurant in Kathmandu. You will ensure smooth service, high food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s youthful, fashion‑forward culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, including staff scheduling, task assignment, and performance supervision.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers and manage ordering to control costs.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues, ensuring a consistent and positive guest experience.
• Support budgeting and revenue targets, analyze sales reports, and collaborate on promotions, events, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with team supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic kitchen operations.
• Proficiency in inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic financial management (budgeting, cost control, sales analysis).
• Leadership skills to motivate, develop, and maintain an inclusive, performance‑driven team.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities for peak periods and shifting priorities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
