Restaurant Server – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Restaurant Server to join our team at Beirut Nepal – Lebanese Restaurant in Kathmandu. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they enjoy an authentic Lebanese dining experience in a friendly, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and explain dishes and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order preparation and timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and process payments.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Strong food‑service and beverage knowledge with prior experience serving guests in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of food preparation, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, stand for extended periods and manage multiple tables.
• Professional, respectful attitude with reliability, teamwork and good time‑management.
• Local language proficiency; basic English speaking is an advantage.
