About the role

Pi Tech Public Ltd. is looking for five enthusiastic interns to support its Sales and Customer Service Department (CSD). The positions are designed for recent graduates or final‑year students who want hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing startup operating in the Nepal share‑market space.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow‑up activities.
• Support the CSD by handling customer inquiries, documenting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Participate in market research related to the Nepal share market and help prepare brief reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve sales and service processes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update internal tracking tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (currently studying or already completed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a positive outlook.
• Basic understanding of the Nepal share market is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
