Sales Executive – Lead Conversion & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join KOMA Digital’s on‑site team in Subidhanagar, Tinkune. The role focuses on managing inbound leads, engaging with national and international prospects, and converting opportunities into sales while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily sales activities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Qualify and follow up on incoming leads, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Conduct proactive prospecting and outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospects.
• Negotiate terms and guide qualified prospects to successful deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and payment status in the company’s tracking systems.
• Stay updated on company services, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales conversations.
• Provide a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Strong interest in sales, business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident, professional demeanor with the ability to interact with diverse clients.
• Proactive attitude, able to manage multiple leads and meet daily activity goals.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems or lead‑management platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and other sales tracking tools.
