Sales Officer

About the role

Pahadi Industries Limited, under the Pahadi Foods brand, is looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive the distribution of its authentic Nepali agro‑food products. You will be the primary liaison for distributors, key accounts and modern trade outlets, ensuring sales growth and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for distributors, key accounts and modern trade outlets, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
• Generate new leads, collect customer orders and coordinate with supply‑chain teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor client accounts, issue invoices and ensure timely collections while maintaining strict payment terms.
• Maintain daily logs of sales orders, stock levels, collections, customer feedback and delivery schedules.
• Identify new trade opportunities, expand outlet coverage and track competitor activities within assigned territories.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility and execution of trade promotions at retail and modern trade points.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, distributor or key‑account management.
• Ability to generate leads, process orders and coordinate with supply‑chain functions.
• Strong numeracy skills for invoicing, collections and stock monitoring.
• Excellent documentation habits and attention to detail.
• Track record of expanding market coverage and monitoring competitor activity.
• Good understanding of trade promotion and merchandising practices.
