Sales Representative – Lead Generation & Client Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective promotion of our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the organization.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and monitor competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet defined targets.
