Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. The role focuses on building production‑grade AI systems, integrating large language models, and delivering reliable AI‑powered products in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimise applications using LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP technologies.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and AI agent workflows.
• Integrate AI models and APIs into existing products and backend systems.
• Evaluate and improve model accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Build scalable data and inference pipelines for production environments.
• Implement monitoring, testing, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams on AI initiatives.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical architecture and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering practices.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
