Senior Brand Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Brand Marketing Executive will lead end‑to‑end digital marketing initiatives, brand activation campaigns, media coordination and corporate event management. You will be responsible for boosting brand visibility across ATL, BTL and TTL channels while ensuring data‑driven performance and seamless agency collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across organic, paid social, performance advertising and influencer partnerships.
• Maintain website content and digital brand voice; implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and lead capture.
• Organise corporate events, dealer meets, product launches, sponsorships and ground activations, overseeing vendor logistics, merchandise production and post‑event evaluation.
• Monitor campaign ROI using web analytics, social insights and performance tools; prepare MIS reports, dashboards and executive presentations.
• Act as primary liaison for advertising agencies, media buyers, PR firms, print vendors and production houses; coordinate with sales, trade and regional teams.
• Manage public relations activities, press releases and media outreach across print, digital, TV and radio; support ATL advertising aligned with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2‑4 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing communications, corporate brand management or agency coordination.
• Strong project‑management, vendor‑negotiation and analytical decision‑making abilities.
