Senior Finance & Accounts Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our finance function in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor business performance and deliver financial insights for decision‑making.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, preferably completed in 2021‑2022.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
• 4–6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong operational finance background with experience in budgeting, taxation, reporting, and audit coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
