Senior Finance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Officer to lead the preparation, maintenance, and updating of Management Information System (MIS) reports, conduct variance analysis, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual MIS reports.
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing budgeted and actual financial performance and highlight key business trends.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting for management.
• Maintain financial databases and records to support reporting and analysis.
• Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting and ERP systems.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and planning models.
• Monitor budget utilization and report significant variances.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Semi‑Qualified Chartered Accountant or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
