Senior Merchandiser - Tiles Segment

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser to lead the Tiles segment in Kathmandu. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for shaping the product assortment, visual presentation and sales performance of tile products across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and select tile ranges, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and guarantee optimal stock availability at all sales points.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to develop merchandising strategies that maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and retail teams to design promotional campaigns and improve in‑store presentation.
• Visit showrooms regularly, train front‑line staff on product features and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Required profile

• Strong communication, customer service, sales and marketing skills.
• Proven merchandising experience, preferably in tiles, construction materials or home décor.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret sales reports and forecast demand.
• Good knowledge of the Kathmandu market and surrounding regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field (preferred).
