Senior Product Designer – UI/UX

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own end‑to‑end product areas within our accounting, tax and property software suite. You will shape problems, design complex flows, govern the design system and see work through to a successful launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete product modules from discovery to shipped build, translating regulatory requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity mockups for data‑dense screens such as multi‑step wizards, conditional forms, tables and dashboards.
• Specify every UI state (empty, loading, error, permission‑denied, etc.) as part of the deliverable.
• Run design critiques, present work for sign‑off and document hard design decisions.
• Break large problems into independent slices, work across multiple products, and make rapid, reversible decisions.
• Own and maintain the design system, keep Figma libraries clean and versioned, and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product designer with proven ability to lead a small design team.
• Experience mentoring mid‑level and junior designers.
• Comfort with ambiguous briefs and ability to define problems before designing.
• Strong judgment on prioritisation, scope and quality trade‑offs.
