Senior Product Manager

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at TingTing Communications, you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy through development, launch and growth. You will work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and drive successful delivery of features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain TingTing’s product vision, strategy and roadmap, identifying market opportunities and customer pain points.
• Conduct customer research, competitor and market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, validation, development, launch, measurement and iteration.
• Write detailed product requirement documents, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria and feature specifications.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and urgency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, AI and Business teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Partner with AI and automation teams to design AI‑powered workflows, evaluate trade‑offs and set quality standards.
• Act as the bridge between customers, enterprise clients and internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and managing expectations.
• Monitor product performance, define success metrics and drive growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments, make decisions with incomplete information and balance customer, business and technical priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and customer research.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional teams and external partners.
