Senior Software Development Lead (.NET)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive team player who loves solving problems and creating valuable solutions for customers. As a Senior Software Development Lead you will guide a development team, ensure clean and scalable code, and drive continuous improvement within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team by providing technical assistance, mentoring, and ensuring best‑practice coding standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and micro‑services using .NET Core and C#.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that meet performance and reliability goals.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Natural curiosity about new technologies and a mindset for smarter problem solving.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Assertive, goal‑oriented, and comfortable expressing ideas.

Required skills

• Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure.NET Core, C#.
• Experience with APIs, micro‑services architecture, and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with front‑end JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Bitbucket.
