Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to own and drive the end‑to‑end QA strategy for our AI‑powered products, including chat, voice, and web platforms. You will lead both manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring high‑quality releases across the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve QA processes for AI, chat, voice and web solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain automated regression, smoke, integration and functional test suites.
• Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing throughout the SDLC.
• Create and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases and detailed bug reports.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Conduct performance and load testing with JMeter or k6.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure release readiness.
• Track, verify and drive resolution of software defects.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong background in both manual and automation testing.
• Proven experience with API testing.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to write clear, structured test documentation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
