Senior Sales Manager

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales function for CMS Group’s construction materials and building services portfolio in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and nurturing key client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects and manage the end‑to‑end sales pipeline.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to match product offerings with customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Mentor and coach the sales team to ensure consistent performance and a customer‑centric approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership and business development, preferably within construction materials or related sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
