Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves creating compelling content, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation for our IT business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, graphics, and captions.
• Develop social media strategies to boost brand awareness, audience interaction, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content production.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimise performance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Previous experience working in an IT company.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
