Content Creator & Video Producer

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator & Video Producer role based in Kathmandu. The role involves planning, scripting, and producing video content for social media, digital campaigns, and product launches, aligned with the brand’s visual and messaging guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for product and lifestyle videos.
• Film, edit, and produce short‑form and long‑form video content.
• Manage video assets and ensure proper organization and storage.
• Optimize video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Track performance metrics and refine future content based on insights.
• Assist with basic photography and support on‑site shoots.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in content creation, technology, and youth culture.

Required profile

• Strong video production skills, including scripting, filming, and editing.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms targeting youth and millennial audiences.
• Ability to develop visual storytelling that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Basic to intermediate motion‑graphics or graphic‑design capability.
• Solid understanding of social‑media platform algorithms and engagement best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
