Software Quality Analyst

About the role

Tekvortex is looking for experienced Software Quality Analysts to ensure the reliability and functionality of its enterprise products. You will collaborate closely with R&D teams, testing web applications, APIs, and AI‑driven features in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for web applications and APIs.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Perform API testing and automation with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Conduct manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Validate data integrity using SQL and NoSQL queries (DBeaver, MongoDB).
• Investigate application issues using AWS logs and observability tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability and define quality standards.
• Test AI‑powered features and adapt testing strategies as technologies evolve.
• Maintain clear test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and release readiness activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, both manual and automated.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving AI‑driven product environment.
