About the role
We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Technical Support Representative in Lalitpur to assist customers with technical issues and ensure seamless connectivity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot network and connectivity problems.
- Provide prompt solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer support with a strong focus on satisfaction.
- Solid background in technical support and troubleshooting of networks or connectivity.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on‑call duty.
- Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
