Training Coordinator – Organize & Deliver Programs

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to plan, schedule and support training programs across Kathmandu Valley and beyond. The role involves liaising with trainers, participants and client organisations to ensure smooth delivery of each session.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs.
• Communicate with trainers, participants and client organisations.
• Arrange training venues, materials and logistics.
• Support the smooth execution of training sessions.
• Maintain training records and prepare basic reports.
• Travel within and outside Kathmandu Valley as required.
• Perform additional training coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Education or a related field (preferred).
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and access to a two‑wheeler (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel outside Kathmandu Valley.
• Prior experience in training coordination or administration is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
