Video Editor / Graphics Designer

About the role

Ojas Agro Holdings is looking for a creative Video Editor/Graphics Designer to join its team in Kathmandu. The role is full‑time and mid‑level, focused on producing high‑quality visual content for the brand’s social media channels, website and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites and marketing materials.
• Design graphics, thumbnails, banners and motion‑graphics elements that complement video projects.
• Collaborate with the content team to understand project briefs and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and project files for efficient workflow.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine final outputs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software updates.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant work (academic or personal projects acceptable).
• High school diploma minimum; degree or certificate in film, design or related field preferred.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation; After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with social‑media video formats and trends (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
