Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to produce engaging short‑form videos and visual assets for social media and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will turn raw footage into polished content, add dynamic motion graphics, and ensure each piece resonates with target audiences across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Transform raw footage into high‑quality short‑form videos.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Produce Meta ads, promotional videos, product videos, and brand campaigns.
• Add captions, sound effects, background music, and clear calls‑to‑action.
• Design social‑media graphics as needed.
• Optimize video content for various platform specifications.
• Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketing strategists.
• Stay updated on video editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of social‑media trends and audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with multiple brands or agency clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• Good understanding of kinetic typography.
• Knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
• Understanding of social‑media content formats and audience retention.
• Adobe Photoshop (bonus).
• Adobe Illustrator (bonus).
• CapCut Pro (bonus).
• DaVinci Resolve (bonus).
• Blender (bonus).
• Cinema 4D (bonus).
• AI video tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kling (bonus).

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NPR 35,000 to NPR 45,000, based on experience and skills.
