Videographer & Editor (Full-time, Kathmandu)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer and Editor to join our Kathmandu office. You will plan, shoot and edit video content that showcases our property portfolio, client stories and marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define video concepts and storyboards.
• Capture high-quality footage on-site at property locations and other settings.
• Organise, manage and archive video files efficiently.
• Edit videos with appropriate pacing, sound, colour grading and basic motion graphics.
• Produce visual assets that align with Jimmal Group’s brand identity.
• Maintain camera and audio equipment and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in videography and video editing for marketing, real‑estate or related fields.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition and sound recording for on‑site shoots.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, able to work on‑site in Kathmandu.

Required skills

• Video production – planning shoots, operating cameras, capturing footage.
• Video editing and colour grading using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic motion graphics creation.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition and audio recording techniques.
