About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Visual Merchandiser to uphold and elevate visual standards across our retail network. The role focuses on delivering compelling product presentations that drive an engaging customer experience and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and monitor all retail outlets to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
• Create attractive window displays, mannequin setups, and in‑store product presentations.
• Implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand guidelines across stores.
• Optimize product placement and store layouts to improve customer experience and sales.
• Coordinate with store teams on new arrivals, stock displays, and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular visual merchandising audits and provide improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong creativity, styling sense, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently between retail outlets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with international fashion brands or retail chains is highly desirable.
