Web Developer Intern – Frontend, CRM & Automation

About the role

Join ZenManagement.io as a Web Developer Intern focused on frontend, CRM, and automation. You will work on real client and internal projects, gaining hands‑on experience with modern website builders, WordPress, and integration technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customize responsive websites and landing pages.
• Work with WordPress and drag‑and‑drop website builders.
• Create clean, responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Identify and fix responsiveness, styling, and frontend issues.
• Implement forms, funnels, calendars, CRM workflows, and website automations.
• Configure basic integrations, webhooks, and API connections.
• Troubleshoot website, CRM, and workflow‑related problems.
• Gain exposure to APIs, basic backend logic, and serverless technologies.
• Collaborate with the team on real client and internal projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Good understanding of HTML and CSS; basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with WordPress and comfort using drag‑and‑drop builders.
• Strong grasp of responsive web design and an eye for UI/UX.
• Willingness to learn CRM platforms, automation, APIs, and backend concepts.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
