WordPress Developer Intern

About the role

SRIYOG is seeking a motivated WordPress Developer Intern to join its remote team. This academic internship offers hands‑on experience building and maintaining WordPress‑based websites for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Implement front‑end layouts and ensure responsive, accessible design across devices.
• Update website content and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with senior developers to improve performance and security.
• Test new features, document changes, and follow version‑control best practices.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with PHP or MySQL is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and interest in IT consulting.
• Must provide an internship recommendation letter from the college.
