Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's overall finance functions. The role is based in Putalisadak, Kathmandu, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally and other billing/accounting software.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and account closing.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Track outstanding payments and other account‑related transactions.
• Assist with financial data preparation and reporting as required.
• Support other accounting and finance‑related activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to independently maintain financial records and meet deadlines.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Tally and other billing/accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
