About the role

We are a reputed trading company seeking an experienced Accountant to manage our financial records and reporting in Tokha, Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Process journal entries, maintain the general ledger using DBS Accounting Software, and coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
  • Monitor daily financial transactions and provide management with financial analysis.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

  • Hands‑on experience with DBS Accounting Software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
