Accounting Software Sales & Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Software Sales & Support Executive to demonstrate, implement and support accounting software solutions for clients in Kathmandu. The role combines sales activities with technical assistance, ensuring customers can effectively use accounting features such as bookkeeping, VAT, TDS and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live demonstrations of accounting software for prospective and existing clients.
• Assist with software implementation, setup, configuration and user training.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Explain accounting processes, workflows, and tax compliance features within the system.
• Provide ongoing support, resolve software and accounting‑related queries, and maintain detailed records of activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of double‑entry bookkeeping, VAT, TDS and basic tax compliance.
• Good knowledge of financial statements and accounting reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑handling abilities.
