Adjunct Faculty – Strategic Management (MBA)

About the role

The Adjunct Faculty Member – Strategic Management, MBA will design and deliver graduate‑level strategic management courses at Ace International Business School. This part‑time, on‑site position requires weekly campus presence for teaching, student advising, and academic activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
• Deliver lectures, seminars, and case‑based discussions to MBA students.
• Guide student projects, research work, and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess student performance and assign grades in line with academic standards.
• Participate in curriculum planning and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods.
• Foster a learning environment that reflects the “Ace experience” values.

Required profile

• Advanced academic qualification – preferably an MBA or doctoral degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development at the graduate level.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one core MBA domain such as strategy, leadership, finance, marketing, operations, HR or entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners and provide academic mentoring.
• Commitment to academic integrity, ethical conduct and the institution’s core values.
