Admin Representative (Freshers) – Kantipath, Kathmandu

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Representative to join our team in Kantipath, Kathmandu. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates with a management background who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in procurement and governmental payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Visit field locations to support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Process monthly governmental payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist the administrative team with routine office tasks and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and government offices to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Management or related field.
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for field visits.
• Willingness to work shifts from 10 am–6 pm or 11 am–7 pm.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
