Key responsibilities
- Administration & Facilities – Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations across corporate offices and branches, oversee facilities, utilities, maintenance, security, cleanliness and workplace services.
- Administration & Facilities – Control office supplies, equipment, furniture, assets and inventory; coordinate procurement and manage vendors and service providers.
- Administration & Facilities – Monitor administrative expenses, support cost‑control initiatives and manage company vehicles, travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements.
- Administration & Facilities – Keep proper records of company assets, contracts, licenses, insurance and administrative documents; support new branch setup, office relocation and expansion.
- Administration & Facilities – Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities effectively.
- Industrial Relations – Develop and maintain positive relationships between management and employees, handle grievances, complaints, disputes and disciplinary matters.
- Industrial Relations – Conduct employee counselling, facilitate communication, assist in disciplinary proceedings and ensure proper documentation of employee cases.
- Industrial Relations – Monitor workplace discipline, attendance and conduct; support employee engagement initiatives.
- Labour Law & Compliance – Ensure company practices align with Nepal labour laws, the Labour Act 2074 and Labour Rules 2075, and maintain compliance with contracts, working hours, leave, overtime and statutory benefits.
- Labour Law & Compliance – Coordinate documentation for Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, gratuity and other statutory benefits; assist in labour inspections, audits and regulatory correspondence.
- Policy & Compliance Management – Develop, review and implement administration, employee conduct and operational policies; conduct periodic compliance reviews and prepare management reports.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination – Work closely with HR, Finance, Technical, Network Operations, Sales and branch teams to provide administrative and employee‑relations support, and coordinate statutory payments and budgets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Labour Relations or a related field.
- Master’s degree/MBA or Master’s in HRM is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, industrial relations, labour compliance or operations.
- Prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in an ISP, telecom, IT, technology or service‑oriented organization is advantageous.
- Experience managing field employees, technical teams, multiple branches or large workforces is preferred.
