GorkhaPulse Tech is seeking an AI‑Powered Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute data‑driven campaigns that boost brand visibility and conversions. The role blends advanced AI tools with traditional digital marketing tactics to deliver measurable results for clients in Kathmandu and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, leads and sales.
• Manage SEO, AEO and GEO/AI search initiatives across Google and AI‑powered platforms.
• Create and optimise content and social media campaigns for relevant channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance‑marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Utilise AI‑driven research, content generation, lead‑generation and workflow automation tools.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, audience and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other analytics tools.
• Improve conversion rates through CRO, A/B testing and data‑driven optimisation.
• Prepare performance reports, extract insights and recommend strategic improvements.
• Stay current with emerging AI, search, social media and advertising technologies.

Required profile

• Proactive digital marketer with a blend of creativity, analytical thinking and hands‑on execution skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering measurable results in SEO, paid media or performance marketing.
• Passion for AI technologies and continuous learning.
