AI Training Specialist

About the role

AI Ko Bato, an AI education initiative by Nepfinity Technologies, is seeking an experienced AI Training Specialist to deliver engaging AI and Generative AI training to students in Kathmandu. The role involves designing and conducting workshops, classes, and practical learning programs that promote responsible AI use.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and modern AI tools.
• Conduct classes, workshops, and hands‑on projects that teach prompt engineering and practical AI applications.
• Develop training materials, presentations, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
• Guide learners through AI‑based projects, assess progress, and provide feedback.
• Promote ethical and responsible use of AI while staying updated on emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of teaching, training, or instructional experience.
• Experience delivering technology‑focused education, preferably in AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong passion for education, continuous learning, and fostering AI literacy.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and practical AI applications.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.
