About the role
Afno Ghar Consulting & Construction is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Architect to join our team in Naya Thimi, Bhaktapur. The role focuses on residential design and will involve close collaboration with clients and the construction team.
Key responsibilities
- Visit construction sites and coordinate with the project team.
- Communicate design concepts and handle client interactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Portfolio showcasing residential projects.
- Two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Ability to produce 3D visualizations.
