Area Sales Manager – HORECA

About the role

Sujal Dairy is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and expand its presence in the Hotel, Restaurant and Café (HORECA) channel across the Kathmandu Valley. The role combines strategic planning, client relationship management and team leadership to drive growth in the dairy FMCG market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the HORECA segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering businesses.
• Identify and onboard new HORECA accounts.
• Lead a team of sales representatives to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine the sales approach.
• Coordinate product delivery, inventory and after‑sales support.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG/Dairy sales experience, preferably with HORECA exposure.
• Strong network within Kathmandu’s hospitality and food‑service industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in distributor management, CRM usage and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and possession of a two‑wheeler licence with own vehicle.
